At ALCHEMY on ICE, we aim to make obtaining your slush mixes as easy as preparing them. Below you’ll find everything you need to know—from processing times to our brand-new pick-up option.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We pack orders within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or holidays move to the next business day. We may experience a brief delay during peak seasons, but we will keep you informed.

Shipping Carriers & Schedule

We partner with Canada Post and UPS because they treat fragile goods with care.

Within Canada: parcels head out Monday–Friday.
To the U.S.: we ship twice a week—Mondays and Fridays—so orders placed close to those days catch the next dispatch.
Worldwide: yes, we ship internationally! Transit times vary (typically 12–21 business days), and local duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

At checkout you’ll see every available service, its cost, and an estimated delivery window. Remember to add our 1–2 day processing time on top.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping was calculated using weight-based tiers we set to keep pricing fair and predictable. From time to time we run free- or discounted-shipping promos—join our newsletter or follow us on social to catch them.

Free Winnipeg Delivery

If you spend $75 CAD or more, we will deliver your order to any Winnipeg address within three business days at no additional cost.

NEW: Wednesday Home Pick-Up (Winnipeg Area)

Would you prefer to swing by and pick up your order? We’re thrilled to sell directly from our home studio every Wednesday. Choose “Local Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll email the exact address plus a time-slot window.
