Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Carriers & Methods

• We ship exclusively with Canada Post and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

• Within Canada: Orders ship out on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

• To the U.S.: We currently ship twice a week (Mondays and Fridays). If you place an order close to these days, that’s when your parcel will be on its way!

• At Checkout: You’ll see available shipping options, each with its estimated delivery time and cost. (Note that these estimates don’t include our 1–2 day processing window.)

Shipping Rates

• Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight (and sometimes dimension) tiers we’ve set—though they’re not pulled in real time from the carriers. It’s our way to keep costs fair and transparent for you!

• From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates!

Free Local Shipping Within Winnipeg

• Winnipeg Delivery: If your order is over $75 and you’re located in Winnipeg, we’ll deliver it to your doorstep within 3 business days—free of charge!

• A valid Winnipeg address must be provided at checkout.

International Shipping

• Yes, we ship worldwide!

• Please note that delivery times for international orders can be longer, typically 12-21 business days once shipped. Delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about these fees, please check with your local customs office.

Order Tracking

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on its journey.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

We’re not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier (Canada Post or UPS) directly to file a claim.

If your package goes missing, email us at info@alchemyonice.ca. We’ll coordinate with Canada Post or UPS to investigate and work toward a resolution.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

• We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.

Delivery Issues or Delays

• While we make every effort to ship orders according to our guidelines, sometimes the unexpected happens—bad weather, carrier delays, holidays, etc. We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs.

• If you experience a delay, reach out to us, and we’ll do what we can to get things moving.

Changes or Cancellations

• Need to make a change to your order? If the order has not shipped yet, contact us ASAP with your order details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
