Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ALCHEMY on ICE. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Returns Eligibility
    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.​

    • The packaging must be intact and unaltered, with no damage, including any that may have occurred during shipping.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.​

        We do not accept returns if:​​

  • The product packaging is damaged, opened, or altered in any way.

  • The product has been used.

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@alchemyonice.ca with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

​Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.​

3. Restocking Fee & Refund Processing

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 6 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance or discounted items
