Order Processing: We pack and process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your package ships.

Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your exact location.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65! (Please note: Due to significantly higher carrier costs, this offer excludes the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, where standard weight-based rates apply).

Delivery Times: Most standard Canada Post deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Return Policy

Slush Mixes: Because our dry mixes are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened pouches or sachets.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If something isn't right, email us at returns@alchemyonice.ca within 4 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund right away.

Grimoires and Merchandise: Changed your mind? Non-food items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, funds will be credited back to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank).
