Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We process and pack all orders within [1 to 2] business days. You will get a confirmation email the moment your package ships.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight of your pouches, sachets, and grimoires, as well as your exact location in Canada.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65! Due to significantly higher carrier costs, this free shipping offer excludes the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Standard weight-based rates will apply at checkout for orders heading to those regions.
Delivery Times: Delivery times depend entirely on your location. Most standard Canada Post deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days.

Return Policy

Slush Mixes: Because our dry slush mixes are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened pouches or sachets. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at returns@alchemyonice.ca within [4] days so we can send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Grimoires and Merchandise: If you change your mind about a grimoire or other non-food item, you can return it to us within [7] days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
